The property was acquired by Fergo Group in 2025 from the original owner-builder, who constructed in 1980, operated the building for decades and selected Fergo Group to take over ownership and management. 

The suite mix consists of 8 two-bedroom units, 11 one-bedroom units, and 1 bachelor suite across a 3.5-storey walk-up totaling approximately 20,800 square feet. Originally configured as a 19-suite building, Fergo Group legally created an additional unit by repurposing the former laundry room and established a new, dedicated laundry facility for tenants.

Upon acquisition, Fergo Group assumed management of the property and implemented a strategic repositioning plan.
